The vein scanner is returning an Error in the Humanforce Kiosk login screen. The error message displayed is "HFLS Service Not Found" or "HTTP Error 500"
Step-by-step guide
- Check the connectors to the vein scanner and Kiosk or Laptop. The vein scanner lights should be on when connected.
- Reset the Vein Scanner on the Kiosk Screen
- Tap the Reset button to reset the Vein Scanner
- The vein scanner should now be ready for use
- Tap the Reset button to reset the Vein Scanner
- If the Vein Scanner does not connect, contact ICT or SOS Team member with Administrator access to check the device.
